Returns and Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

You can return and exchange your order within 5 days upon receiving your order. All items returned have to be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and purchased directly from us only. Items must also be shipped in the original packaging. 

Do note:
  1. Item may only be exchanged to the same item of different size or color. All sales items are final and unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
  2. Shipping costs, including duties and taxes, for both deliveries will be shouldered by the buyer unless the item is defective.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange that has unpaid duties and taxes being charged to us.
  4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  5. If the returned item is not eligible for return, the cost of shipping the item back will be shouldered by the buyer.

EXCHANGE FORMS

Email us at sleep@saintofficial.com with your concern, and you will receive an exchange form. Once approved, you may mail the items you would like to return or exchange along with the completed return form. We will send you an email to notify you when we have received your returned item. 

Should we find that the product does not adhere to our policy, we cannot process your exchange. However, once your product is approved after inspection, we will exchange your product with your desired variation.
